Crowns and Bridges

A crown is a type of conservative restoration that is used to restore the shape, appearance and function of the tooth. A crown may be used if you have a large filling, broken tooth or a root canal. A bridge is made to replace one or more missing teeth and is held in place by your own teeth or by dental implants on each side.

Periodontal Therapy

Do you experience Dry Mouth or Xerostomia? Saliva is very important for your dental health and dry mouth can cause dental disease. Early detection of periodontal disease plays a crucial role in successful periodontal therapy.

Implant Crowns

When you lose a tooth, it is essential to get proper tooth replacement for a balanced bite, optimal function and esthetics. At Berkeley Lifestyle Dentistry, we collaborate with the best oral surgeons and periodontists to place implants and complete them with implant crowns.

Invisalign®

Invisalign’s clear, removable aligners are one of the most popular and modern approaches to straightening teeth. The system uses a series of virtually invisible aligner trays that are worn over your teeth. Treatment will include shaping, polishing and teeth whitening, if desired.

Removable Dentures

If you have suffered excessive tooth loss due to trauma or poor oral health, dentures may be a good option for you. A partial denture can be used when replacing a few missing teeth. Complete dentures can be used when there are no natural teeth remaining. Dentures are taken out for cleaning and stored overnight.

Children’s Dentistry

It is recommended that your child have their initial visit to the dentist by age one, or six months after the eruption of their first teeth. At Berkeley Lifestyle Dentistry, a child’s first visit is meant to be a happy one, laying the foundation for a positive experience on which to build their future dental home.

What is considered a dental emergency?

Swelling or pain in your teeth, mouth, head or neck region
Traumatic injury to your jaw, teeth or mouth
Uncontrolled bleeding in the mouth
Any growth which looks, feels, smells or tastes unusual in your mouth.
